  • You will receive an email receipt in for your purchase.

  • Your password code will be at the top of the receipt.

  • Open www.headstonecompanion.com website and go to the Upload Your Memories page.

  • Type in your password code.

Load Your Memories

  • Choose either the video or slideshow form.

  • Fill in the information about your loved one.

  • Add your video or slideshow photos.

  • Click Submit.

4.

Receive Your Headstone Companion Package

  • Your Headstone Companion Package SHIPS FREE.

  • You will receive your Headstone Companion Package in 1 to 2 weeks.

  • Plaque installation instructions are included.
